It is your responsibility to make sure your order is in good condition upon receipt. If you find that a product has been damaged, you may refuse shipment. If the cartons received is less than what is listed on the bill of lading, please notate on the bill of lading and contact us immediately, so that we can trace the missing package and recover it quickly.
