If an item is lost or damaged in shipping you must file a claim with the US Postal service and inform me, do not send broken items back to me I can not file the claim you must. I mail all items with the US Postal service, using delivery confirmation, insurance is a must on all breakable items and strongly suggested on all items since the US Postal service can lose items in transit. The shipping fees quoted are for the shipping, handling and insurance fees, so please understand that the S/H/I fees may be higher to the west coast than the east coast.
