Hayward PoolVac Ultra/PoolVac Classic/PoolVac XL/Navigator Pro/Hayward Blu Lower Body (AXV230DWH) Lower Body (AXV230DWH) is a replacement part that was made by Hayward from the same high-quality materials used to manufacture the original Factory part making this a genuine OEM product. The Lower Body was designed to work with the rest of the body covers in protecting the internals of the cleaner from any outside influence while also being a housing unit for the parts that rest and are supposed to be located on the cleaners bottom side parts like the A-Frame Bushing Saddle Kit, Pod Kit, Pod Screw Kit, A-Frame Kit, Wing Kit, and finally the Access Door. The Lower Body is White to match the color scheme of the cleaner while having an opening in its center for which the dirt and debris will travel up through, past the Turbine Kit and into the filtration system. This Lower Body also locks into the bottom of the Lower Middle Body by two short screws, we Do Not recommend using a drill to install any of the screws needed for this cleaner as it can over torque and damage the plastic and other surrounding parts.

Hayward PoolVac Ultra/PoolVac/PoolVac XL/PoolVac Classic/Navigator V-Flex/Navigator Pro/Hayward Blu Gear Box Assembly (AXV408P) Gear Box Assembly (AXV408P) is a replacement part that was made by Hayward from the same high-quality materials used to manufacture the original Factory part making this a genuine OEM product. This Gear Box is the “Brains” of the cleaner as it operates majority of the Gears and parts that need rotating power to operate. This Gear Box is also responsible for controlling when to turn the cleaner in a different direction so that way its cleaning pattern changes allowing it to cover the entire concrete surface of the in-ground pool. This part is small and shaped like a box on its top side while the lower half is shaped to conform to the cleaners Lower Middle Body fitting snugly into place so that way it cannot move. The Box also has another part included with it and that being the little red 3/4 disc that allows water to travel up through to the Medium Turbine when the disc has uncovered the opening on the Gear Box, this rotates all the Gears in the Upper Middle Body including the Cone Gear which turns the cleaner in another direction (Left or Right).

Hayward PoolVac Ultra/PoolVac Classic/PoolVac XL/Navigator Pro/Hayward Blu Wing Kit (White) (AXV604WHP) Wing Kit (White) (AXV604WHP) are replacement parts that are made by Hayward and used the same high-grade materials that were used to make the original Factory parts. this makes them genuine OEM parts that all our customers can trust. This Wing Kit Was created to help aid the suction cleaner with its capabilities and how effective the cleaner can be at removing the dirt and other various forms of debris from the surfaces of the pool. The Wings were designed to clip on the sides of the Pods (which are the objects that actually move the cleaner along the surface) and are given the freedom of their own to move up and down to conform to the surface that helps maximize the suction of the cleaner. These Wings are White to match the color scheme of the cleaner while having the Hayward logo on their top side and a L or a R (for right or left) so you know which Pod and side to install them on. Now these parts are made from a plastic compound which means they will wear and deteriorate over the length of time and use of the cleaner, so we recommend checking these parts that make contact with the surface periodically.
